Objective :Implementing Nature Based Solutions to create a Mosaic Model of development through conservation and optimization of all natural resources like water, soil, use of commonly held land parcels & structures which brings employment, upgrades skills & capacities putting local community talents to best use.

Method :A designed programme of Natural Resource Optimization set up with local Panchayat, identification of implementation sites and community guidance /training workshops to ensure sustainability protocols, timelines and deliverables.

Social Impact & Project Incentives :Enhancing livelihoods, environment and lifestyle and providing a sustainable base for local self-governance through low-carbon knowledge in dealing with climate change.

Sustainability :Revenue generation from biomass, shade grown organic cardamom, coffee, spices, offset value of sequestered carbon in carbon sinks.
